lots of sunscream, wide brim hats, long sleeve shirts. Bring hydrating water with electrolytes like Powerade.

Dan knows the waters and local spots and gives it his all to find the best spot.
Older kids would be fine on the boat but 5 hours would be a lot for little ones.
Grab some mates or do a solo tour it’s a great experience. You will go through the local back streets but don’t be alarmed. You need to go through them to reach the boat.

I monitored the windy app in the lead up. If it had been any more windy and larger swell I may have cancelled, it was a windy few days but the wind's picked up on our return and were not too bad for the first 3 hrs.

I brought my fly rod with me. The guys placed me on the sand bank at low tide if you're into flyfishing, it was magic, the kids and wife were swimming, I was flyfishing, caught a yellow tree valley. I had it for dinner awesome

We didn’t catch any big fish trawling but the bottom fishing made up for it.
We also caught a shark but it got away at the last minute as we tried to get it on the boat (we would have let it go anyway)

Very hot time of year, so make sure to wear sun cream and stay out of the sun. The jigging and casting is exciting but hard work on such a hot day. The trolling was great but we only got a few hits that got off. The fish we caught, Coronation trout, were the best I’ve tasted.

October was amazing fishing. The tuna were biting and we were driving through large schools for a couple of hours reeling them in. We caught 19 in all which we heard was a good day on the water. Weather couldn't be beat. High 80's and sunny. Wish we could do this more often.
